Craig’s Taliban soul

Craig has to manufacture bare lies in order to repress his awareness of his bloodthirsty, shit-covered soul.

He claims that Dan and I have made excuses for Hamas. He claims we’ve done this for 2 years. Does he show any evidence? Of course not.

Craig needs to fog the air because he pays attention to the death of black and brown people like Trump pays attention to women’s bodies. 

Craig lusts for the death of black and brown bodies.

To keep doing so, for White Americans to keep lusting over dead black and brown bodies, has always and everywhere for everyone meant erasing and hiding history and forgetting facts.

Especially at the margins. Craig, if he ever knew, has forgotten that Italians and Jews were lynched and bombed by White protestants. And if Craig ever crossed an unadorned Sephardic Jew on his whitened streets, I can only assume that he would assume the Jew was a Muslim.

Dan can respond for himself. 

I have been against the prosecution of war by Netanyahu on the Palestinian people. I have not been against the killing of Hamas terrorists. Just as I was against Bush opening a second war front in Iraq when we had Saddam Hussein trapped between latitudes of no-fly zones and unable to terrorize populations not of his clan. Doing so blithely created a vastly larger bloodbath for us and Iraqis. Hussein was defanged and powerless and would have been taken down by his own.

But I was not against the war on the Taliban or the liberation of Afghanistan. We failed the latter.

How did we prosecute our war to avenge 3,000 killed? And how is Netanyahu prosecuting Israel’s war to avenge 2,000 killed?

The following are gross numbers which draw a conclusion on Craig’s Taliban-like concern for women and children and innocents and journalists and aid workers. Any Other to himself really.

64,000  Gazan civilians have been killed in 2 years of war.
46,000 Afghan civilians were killed in 20 years of war in Afghanistan. 

The population of Gaza had been 2.2 million. Afghanistan has 45 million.

3% of civilian Gazans have been killed in 2 years. 0.1% of Afghan civilians in 20 years. 

Netanyahu has been killing a smallish land of just 2 million people at a rate 3,000 times faster than the US war in Afghanistan.

In Gaza, 30% of the dead are children, 16% were women, and 7% were elderly. 224 humanitarian aid workers have been killed. 217 journalists and 120 academics.

That would be 19,000 Gazan children directly killed by war in 2 years.

In Afghanistan, the estimate is around 17,000 children killed directly by war in 20 years. An unconscionable number in the sight of God by our country. 

Only 9,000 Hamas terrorists have been killed in 2 years.
95,000 Taliban/al-Qaeda/ISIL terrorists have been killed in 20.

So that’s 1 Hamas terrorist killed for every 7 civilians killed over 2 years
2 Afghan terrorists for every 1 Afghan civilian in 20 years.

1 Hamas terrorist has been killed for every 3 children the last 2 years.
4 Afghan terrorists for every 1 child across 20 years. Again, that is unconscionably high.

Israel is killing children at a rate 12,000 times faster than children killed in the Afghan war.

This is what pro-life Craig is defending. 

And along with it, the killing of women and children as a war aim. The killing of Aid workers and journalists and hospital staff and the bombing of hospitals and the only Gazan OG/GYN clinic.

What is Craig’s justification for this bloodthirsty thrill he has?

He is unconscious to it. As one must be to love the death of Others so much.

And yet, he is a solid citizen of the last 500 years of a project to gain a country and power and riches by dispossessing the colored Other of their farms and towns and cities, of their labor, of their limbs, of their loved ones, and of their very lives.

The Taliban are fundamentalist believers in One God.

And Craig is their brother.
