Trump defies his hand-picked Supreme Court

Totalitarianism anyone? Or is it legal because a White man does it? You know… like bodily assault on women.

“You just have to marvel at the open criminality of this administration. By their own admission, they accidentally deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national living legally in Maryland, to a notoriously brutal Salvadoran prison.

The U.S. Supreme Court, including all three of Trump’s appointees, said; Naah, you can’t do that. You’ve got to go get him.

The administration said; We’d really like to, but gosh darn it, we can’t. Even though Ms. Puppykiller herself toured the prison herself recently, for reasons they couldn’t articulate, retrieving Mr. Garcia was outside of their bailiwick. 

But why? What’s wrong with this guy that you can’t bring him home?

Well, uh, umm… it’s because he’s a terrorist! Yeah, that’s it. He’s a terrorist.

Says us.

Oh, and have you met my new friend Nayib Bukele, the dictator of El Salvador, and the undisputed authoritarian of his country? Let’s ask him.

What say you Nayib, can you pluck this guy out of your torture complex and send him back to America?

No can do Mr. President. As you have rightly stated, Mr. Garcia is a terrorist. Besides, that would make me a kidnapper. <wink wink>

See? So he MUST be a terrorist! That settles it.

Trump is now in open violation of a Supreme Court decision. That’s the very definition of a constitutional crisis. There are no longer three coequal branches of government. There’s only the Executive, an ineffectual Judiciary, and a Legislative Branch made up of 1/2 mice, and 1/2 powerless Democrats.

Our “president” is no less a murderous thug than Alfons Capone was 90 years ago. Though in his defense, Capone was more charming and far more intelligent.”
